2000 was organized by
Foto Natura Hungary and the Association of
Hungarian Photographers
Title of the contest: "Nature in photographic art"
The organizers received 492 prints of 100 photographers from 6 countries (Belgium, Hungary, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia and Yugoslavia and 558 slides of 59 photographers from 10 countries (Austria, Belgium,France, Great Britain, Hungary, Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and Romania).
Members of the jury: Georg S. Holzmann, Bizaglich Jenö, Czák Miklós, Eifert János and Markovics Ference.
The jury selected 103 pictures for the exhibition, which took place at Pataky Centre, Budapest (May 20th - June 9th 2000). The exhibition is also shown at other places in Hungary until May 2001.
The prizes had been awarded to the winners at the opening ceremony of the exhibition on May 20th 2000.
